Ingredients

  • 2 or 3 lb. ground round
  • 2 pt. Ro-Tel, pureed
  • 1/3 c. chili powder
  • 2 large cans Bush's hot chili beans
  • salt to taste

Directions

    Brown meat and drain off fat.

    Add all other ingredients; mix well.

    Simmer for about 1 hour (if too thick, may add tomato juice.)

    Better the 2nd day, if any left.
