Ingredients

  • 3 or 4 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 large pkg. Williams chili mix
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
  • 2 pkg. onion mix or 2 onions
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp. red pepper (if you like it hot)
  • 1 large can tomato juice
  • 1 or 2 large cans tomato sauce
  • 1 or 2 cans Ranch-style beans

Directions

    Lightly brown meat.

    Add salt, pepper, garlic, onion mix and chili mix.

    Stir. Then add tomato juice and sauce.

    Stir and cook slowly about 2 hours, stirring often.

    Add beans and red pepper if you want them after about 1 hour.

    If you choose to use regular onion, saute and cook with meat.
