- 3 or 4 lb. ground chuck
- 1 large pkg. Williams chili mix
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 2 pkg. onion mix or 2 onions
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp. red pepper (if you like it hot)
- 1 large can tomato juice
- 1 or 2 large cans tomato sauce
- 1 or 2 cans Ranch-style beans
Directions

1Lightly brown meat.

2Add salt, pepper, garlic, onion mix and chili mix.

3Stir. Then add tomato juice and sauce.

4Stir and cook slowly about 2 hours, stirring often.

5Add beans and red pepper if you want them after about 1 hour.

6If you choose to use regular onion, saute and cook with meat.
