- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, chicken or turkey
- 2 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. curry
- 4 c. cooked kidney beans or pintos
- 1 bunch green onions, diced
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 3 tomatoes, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar
Directions

1In frying pan, saute meat and drain.

2Add water, chili and curry and simmer 5 minutes.

3Add tomatoes and beans; heat through. Stir in onion.

4Ladle into serving bowls and sprinkle on cheese.
