  • 2 lb. ground meat
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 3 (1 lb.) cans chili beans
  • 3 Tbsp. tomato sauce
  • 1/2 Tbsp. garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 3 c. water (add more if needed to be proper consistency)

Directions

    In a large pot, brown meat.

    Add salt, pepper, flour and onion.

    Cook until onion in translucent. Add chili beans, tomato sauce, garlic powder and chili powder; mix well.

    Add water and continue cooking for 1 hour.
