- 1 large green pepper, chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 3 lb. fresh tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp. cumin powder
- 4 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 lb. beans
Directions

1Brown beef, pepper, onion and garlic.

2Add tomatoes, cumin and chili powder.

3Cook about 1 1/2 hours.

4Add beans and cook 1/2 hour more.

5If thick, add a little water.

6You may add Tabasco if you like.
