  • 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 5 lb. beef
  • 1 large diced onion
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. hot pepper sauce
  • 3 c. barbecue sauce
  • 1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. cumin
  • 3 Tbsp. chili powder

Directions

    Heat oil in large skillet.

    Add meat, garlic and onion.

    Stir over medium-high heat until meat is browned.

    Add hot pepper sauce, chili powder, barbecue sauce, tomatoes, salt, cumin and kidney beans; mix well.

    Cover and simmer for an hour.

    Stir occasionally.
