- 5 lb. beef
- 1 large diced onion
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. hot pepper sauce
- 3 c. barbecue sauce
- 1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp. chopped garlic
- 1 Tbsp. cumin
- 3 Tbsp. chili powder
Directions

1Heat oil in large skillet.

2Add meat, garlic and onion.

3Stir over medium-high heat until meat is browned.

4Add hot pepper sauce, chili powder, barbecue sauce, tomatoes, salt, cumin and kidney beans; mix well.

5Cover and simmer for an hour.

6Stir occasionally.
