- 3 lb. ground beef
- 3 or 4 large onions, chopped
- 1 jar barbecue sauce (regular flavor)
- 1/2 lb. bacon
- 1 (30 1/2 oz.) can Brooks chili mix
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 can tomato paste
- 1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans
- 1 (15 oz.) can chili hot beans
- 1 (24 oz.) chili with beans
- 1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes
- 1 button garlic
- salt, pepper, chili powder and garlic salt to taste
Directions

1Mix beans and tomatoes and put on low heat.

2Brown bacon and mix with beans.

3Brown chopped onions in bacon grease.

4Brown ground beef; drain grease.

5Mix browned ground beef, onions and chopped garlic to the bean mixture.

6Cook slowly for 2 hours.
