- 1 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
- 1/2 pod dried red pepper
- 1/4 c. chili powder
- 1 c. chopped onions
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 tsp. ground comino
- 3 c. boiling water
Directions

1Cook until gray before adding water.

2Bring to boil over low heat (175° to 200°) for 1 1/2 hours or until meat is tender and flavors are thoroughly blended.

3Stir occasionally.

4If mixture becomes thicker than desired, add boiling water.

5Makes about 8 cups.
