  • 2 or 3 lb. hamburger meat
  • 1 onion
  • 1 pkg. Williams Chili Seasoning
  • salt
  • extra chili powder (however much you want)
  • 26 oz. can tomato soup
  • 26 oz. tomato juice
  • 2 cans kidney beans (drained) (opt.)

Directions

    Brown hamburger and onion, no need to drain if you use extra lean meat.

    Add remaining ingredients and cook slowly for 1 to 2 hours.
