  • 1 green pepper, coarsely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 1 or 2 Tbsp. crushed hot red pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 2 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
  • 2 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 (1 lb.) cans pinto beans (undrained)
  • 2 (1 lb.) cans whole tomatoes (undrained)
  • 1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
