- 2 lb. hamburger
- 1 medium grated onion
- 1 clove garlic, finely grated
- 1 tsp. oregano, crushed
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 2 c. tomato juice/tomatoes (can)
- 1 (16 oz.) can kidney or pork and beans
Directions

1Cook hamburger until redness is gone.

2Drain grease.

3Put onion, garlic, oregano, cumin, salt, chili powder and juice in blender.

4Blend until onion and garlic are smooth.

5Pour into hamburger and beans.

6Cook slowly for 30 minutes to an hour.
