  • 2 lb. hamburger
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 6 oz. can tomato paste
  • tomato sauce (for desired consistency)
  • 1 (15 oz.) can Brooks chili hot beans
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. cumin
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder

Directions

    Brown together the hamburger, green pepper and salt and pepper to taste.

    Add the tomato paste and 3 cans of water.

    Stir. Add the tomato sauce.

    Stir in the beans in chili sauce.

    Add the spices.

    Cook in crock-pot on low for at least 1 hour or more.
