- 2 oz. onions
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. water
- 1/4 (No. 10) can crushed tomatoes or tomato puree
- 1/4 (No. 10) can diced tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
Directions

1Chop onion.

2Brown beef, onions and seasonings.

3Drain fat. Add to hamburger mixture the water and tomatoes.

5Simmer 1 to 1 1/2 hours until flavors are blended.
