- 4 large onions
- 4 garlic bulbs
- 4 Tbsp. fat or oil
- 1 large bell pepper
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 qt. canned tomatoes
- 1 can tomato paste
- 1 can water
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. hot sauce
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 c. sugar
Directions

1Cut onions, garlic and pepper into small pieces and fry until lightly brown.

2Brown ground beef, stirring constantly with a potato masher (to keep from balling up).

3Pour into large pot.

4Add remaining ingredients and cook on low heat about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
