- 1 c. catsup
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp. hot chili powder (optional)
Directions

1Always use fresh, not frozen, meat.

2Cover meat with water and bring to boil.

3Add catsup, chili powder, salt and pepper.

4Cook on medium heat about 2 1/2 hours, stirring often.

5Mash meat with potato masher several times while cooking.

6Add more water if needed.
