- 2 lb. ground beef
- onions
- celery
- 1 pkg. Texas hot chili seasoning
- 1/2 pkg. regular chili seasoning
- 2 can V-8 juice
- 3 cans chili beans
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
- noodles, if desired
Directions

1Brown ground beef, onions and celery.

2Drain off grease.

3Add package of Texas hot chili seasoning, 1/2 package of regular chili seasoning and 1 cup V-8 juice.

4Bring to boil.

5Simmer for 15 minutes.

6Add V-8 juice, chili beans, kidney beans and stewed tomatoes (do not drain beans).

7Simmer for a couple of hours.

8Add cooked noodles, if desired.
