- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. chili powder
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper sauce
- 1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans
Directions

1Cook beef, onion and garlic until browned.

3In blender, puree tomatoes.

4Add tomatoes, celery, chili powder, salt, sugar, Worcestershire sauce and red pepper sauce.

5Bring to a boil.

6Reduce heat, cover and simmer 1 hour.

8Bring to a boil.

9Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes.
