  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 c. tomato juice or canned tomatoes
  • 1 oz. Williams chili seasoning

    Crumble ground beef in large skillet.

    Cut up garlic and onion real fine.

    Cook and stir until slightly brown.

    Stir in tomato juice.

    Blend in chili seasoning.

    Salt to taste.

    Simmer about 20 minutes.
