  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 or 2 Tbsp. chili powder to taste
  • 2 (15 oz.) cans Brooks hot chili beans
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 large can tomato juice

Directions

    Lightly brown ground beef, onion, chili powder, salt and sugar.

    Stir and mix well.

    Add beans, soup and juice. Stir and simmer 1 hour.

    Tastes better next day.
