- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 or 2 Tbsp. chili powder to taste
- 2 (15 oz.) cans Brooks hot chili beans
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 large can tomato juice
Directions

1Lightly brown ground beef, onion, chili powder, salt and sugar.

2Stir and mix well.

3Add beans, soup and juice. Stir and simmer 1 hour.

4Tastes better next day.
