- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 3 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 Tbsp. cumin
- salt to taste
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
- 1 large can tomatoes, pureed in blender
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 large can tomato sauce
- 2 cans kidney beans
Directions

1Brown hamburger in skillet; drain fat and set aside.

2In large pot, add onion, garlic and oil.

3Saute until tender.

4Add the meat with the chili powder, cumin, salt, Worcestershire, tomatoes, green pepper, tomato sauce and kidney beans.

5Simmer at least 2 hours. This is better the second day.
