- 2 lb. lean ground beef
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 2 8 oz. cans tomato sauce
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes
- 1 c. water
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 2 cans kidney beans, drained
- 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 2 Tbsp. flour
Directions

1Brown beef, add other ingredients, except for beans, oil and flour.

2Cover and simmer for 1 hour.

3In small bowl, mix oil and flour until smooth.

4Add beans.

5Add this to kettle.

6Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally for about 30 minutes.
