Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 (10 oz.) can Campbell's onion soup
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 2 tsp. cumin
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 21 oz. can undrained kidney beans
  • 6 oz. can tomato paste
  • 8 oz. tomato sauce

Directions

    Brown ground chuck in skillet.

    Crumble into small pieces. Set aside.

    Put can of soup through blender about 1 minute.

    Add to beef and mash with a fork until it looks like rice.

    Cover pan and simmer on low for 20 minutes.

    Add all other ingredients into a large saucepan.

    Add beef mixture when done.

    Cook thoroughly or until flavors blend (about 20 minutes).
