- 1 (12 oz.) bag corn chips
- 1 (16 oz.) can chili
- 2 c. cooked pinto beans
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped bell peppers or mild sweet peppers
- 1 c. shredded cheese
Directions

1Spread butter in a 3-quart baking dish.

2Line the dish with corn chips.

3In a saucepan, combine chili and beans.

4Heat. Alternate layers of chili beans, onions, peppers, corn chips and cheese.

5Put layer of cheese last.

6Bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Yields approximately 7 to 8 servings.
