  • 2 lbs. ground chuck, browned and drained
  • 1 large green pepper, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 qt. pinto beans
  • 1 large can pork and beans
  • 1 can baby lima beans (optional)
  • 1 jar Prego spaghetti sauce
  • 1 can chopped green chilies
  • 1 jar taco sauce

Directions

    Saute the green pepper, garlic, and chopped onions and add to the browned ground chuck.

    Add all other ingredients and simmer for 1-2 hours, stirring often.
