- 2 lb. hamburger
- 1 small onion
- 1 small bell pepper
- 1 large can tomato sauce
- 1 can Italian style tomatoes
- 1 pkg. Saucers Chili-O mix (dry)
- 1 large can pinto beans
- 1 small can kidney beans
- Cheddar cheese, grated
Directions

1Brown hamburger and chopped pepper and onions.

2Drain grease well.

3In a crock-pot, mix tomatoes, tomato sauce and chili dry mix.

4Mix well.

5Add hamburger mixture.

6Simmer on low all day. One hour before serving, add drained kidney beans and pintos. Serve chili hot and garnish with grated Cheddar cheese.
