- 3 c. cooked rice
- 1 c. sliced beef (round steak)
- 1/2 c. young baby corn
- 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
- 1 Tbsp. chopped hot pepper
- 1/2 c. mushrooms
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. oyster sauce
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. ginger (pounded)
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 c. water or beef broth
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
Directions

1Chop all of the vegetables, wash and drain.

2Slice beef with a sharp knife into thin slices.

3Combine meat, pounded ginger, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic powder and flour.

4Marinate for 1 hour.
