- 1 c. shredded lettuce
- 1 small, diced tomato
- 3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. sour cream
- 1/4 c. chopped green onion
- 4 flour tortillas
Directions

1Warm flour tortillas.

2Heat chili.

3Place 1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon of chili in center of each tortilla.

4Top with shredded lettuce and diced tomato.

5Sprinkle with grated cheese and roll tortilla to enclose filling.

6Top tortilla with 1 tablespoon of sour cream, 1 teaspoon chopped green onion and 1 teaspoon of grated cheese.
