  • 1 lb chili (I recomend homemade)
  • 1 (9 ounce) package Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 2 cups rice
  • 4 cups water

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350F.

    Prepare rice in water.

    While rice is cooking, pour chili into an 8 x 8-inch baking dish.

    Prepare cornbread as per box instructions.

    Pour mix over chili.

    Bake until cornbread is browned and a toothpick comes out clean from the middle.

    Serve over rice.
