- 1 (9 ounce) package Jiffy cornbread mix
- 2 cups rice
- 4 cups water
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350F.

3While rice is cooking, pour chili into an 8 x 8-inch baking dish.

4Prepare cornbread as per box instructions.

5Pour mix over chili.

6Bake until cornbread is browned and a toothpick comes out clean from the middle.
