- 1 c. yellow cornmeal
- 2/3 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. sour cream
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 c. diced processed cheese (6 oz.)
- 1 (8 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained
Directions

1Heat oven to 400°.

2Grease a 9-inch square pan.

3Combine cornmeal, flour, baking powder and salt in small bowl.

4Combine sour cream, eggs and vegetable oil in medium bowl.

5Stir well.

6Add cornmeal mixture, cheese, corn and chilies.

7Mix well.

8Pour into pan.

9Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

10Cool 10 to 15 minutes.

11Cut into squares.

12Serve warm.
