Ingredients

  • 3 lb. chicken (approximately)
  • 10 corn tortillas
  • 1/2 b. Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 lb. Jack cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (6 oz.) can chili salsa
  • 1 c. chicken broth
  • 1 can chili with beans

Directions

    Boil chicken in water until done (approximately 1 hour).

    When cool, cut chicken into chunks and place in bottom of 13 x 9-inch greased pan.

    Cut tortillas into strips and lay on top of chicken.
