  • 2 lb. Velveeta, melted
  • 2 onions, diced fine
  • 2 Tbsp. garlic powder
  • 2 large cans solid pack tomatoes
  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 2 small cans (4 oz.) green chilies, diced (mild)
  • 1 lb. pkg. mild Velveeta Mexican style

Directions

    Brown meat and onions.

    Drain off all fat.

    Mix in remaining ingredients and heat thoroughly.

    Thin with evaporated milk. Serve with nacho chips.
