- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 small onion
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 (10 oz.) can tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 2 cans jalapeno peppers, chopped
Directions

1Saute onion in butter over low heat until tender.

2Stir in flour.

3Cook for 1 minute.

4Add can of tomatoes with chilies. Stir.

5Add cheese and jalapenos.

6Cook over very low heat, stirring occasionally, until cheese is melted.

7Serve with tortilla chips.
