- 9 Tbsp. butter
- 3 medium onions, diced
- 2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes
- 3 cans diced green chilies
- 6 Tbsp. flour
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
Directions

1Melt butter in a large pot.

2Add onions and cook until glassy. Drain tomatoes, reserving half the juice.

3Cut up tomatoes and add with juice to onions.

4Add chilies and flour and bring to a boil.

5Add Velveeta cheese and melt slowly.

6Serve in a fondue pot.

7You can add 1 pound browned hamburger, if desired.
