- 2 lb. Velveeta cheese, chopped
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. jalapeno peppers
- 1 large can tomatoes, well drained
- 1 Tbsp. cumin seed
- 1/2 to 1 tsp. chili powder
Directions

1Saute onion in butter.

2Stir in cheese until melted.

3Add tomatoes and jalapenos (drained, seeded and chopped).

4Blend well. Add cumin seed and chili powder; stir constantly when adding powder.

5Heat all ingredients over low heat.

6Serve with corn or tortilla chips.
