- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 3 onions, chopped
- 4 (3 oz.) cans chopped chilies
- 3 1/2 lb. American cheese, grated
- 5 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
- Tabasco sauce to taste
Directions

1Cook butter and onions in large skillet.

2Add chilies.

3Add and stir constantly cheese.

4Stir in Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and Tabasco.

5Serve immediately with tortilla chips.

6(If cheese becomes too thick, thin with milk.)
