- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese (plain)
- 1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 to 2 (14.5 oz.) cans whole peeled tomatoes (undrained)
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder or minced garlic
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese (mild Mexican)
- 1 (4 oz.) can mild green chilies, drained
- 1 large or 2 medium chopped onions
- 1 large bell pepper, diced
- 2 tsp. chili powder (optional)
Directions

1Brown ground beef, onion and bell pepper.

3Add chunks of cheese on low heat until it melts.

4Add garlic powder and chopped tomatoes with chilies.

5Heat thoroughly.

6Serve warm as chip and dip with Mexican tortilla chips.
