- 23 cup all-purpose flour
- 23 cup yellow cornmeal
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 14 teaspoons chili powder
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup frozen whole kernel corn, thawed
- 13 cup minced seeded jalapeno pepper
- 2 tablespoons minced green onions
- 12 cup skim milk
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 3 egg whites, slightly beaten
- vegetable oil cooking spray
Directions

1Combine the first 5 ingredients.

3Add corn, jalapeno peppers and onion; stir.

4Combine milk, honey, oil and egg whites; stir.

5Add to flour mixture stirring until dry mixture is moistened.

6Spoon batter into 9 inch pie plate coated with cooking spray.
