- 10 eggs
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 lb. small curd cottage cheese
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 lb. Jack cheese, shredded (Monterey)
- 1/2 c. butter or oleo
- 2 (4 oz.) cans green chilies
Directions

1Beat eggs until light and lemon colored.

2Add flour, baking powder, salt, cottage cheese, Jack cheese and melted butter.

3Blend until smooth.

4Stir in chiles.

5Bake at 350° for 35 minutes, until top is brown and center firm.

6Serves 4 people.
