  • 10 eggs
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 lb. small curd cottage cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 lb. Jack cheese, shredded (Monterey)
  • 1/2 c. butter or oleo
  • 2 (4 oz.) cans green chilies

Directions

    Beat eggs until light and lemon colored.

    Add flour, baking powder, salt, cottage cheese, Jack cheese and melted butter.

    Blend until smooth.

    Stir in chiles.

    Bake at 350° for 35 minutes, until top is brown and center firm.
