- 10 eggs
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 pt. creamed small curd cottage cheese
- 1 lb. grated Jack cheese
- 1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
- 2 (8 oz.) cans diced California green chiles
Directions

1Beat the eggs until light.

2Add the flour, baking powder, salt, cottage cheese, Jack cheese and melted butter, blending smoothly.

3Stir in the chiles.

4Pour mixture into well-greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

5Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

6Great as a main course, or cut into small squares as appetizers.
