Chili Enchiladas

- 8 prepared tortillas
- 2 (15 1/2 oz.) cans chili (without beans)
- 1/4 c. chopped onions
- 2 c. shredded American cheese (8 oz.)
Directions

1Bake tortillas on ungreased griddle about 1 minute on each side. Keep warm in a damp towel.

2Mix 1 can of chili, 2 tablespoons onions and 1 cup of the cheese.

3Spoon about 1/3 cup of the chili mixture on center of each tortilla.

4Roll up.

5Place seam side down in ungreased baking dish, 11 1/2 x 7 1/2 x 1 1/2-inches.

6Spoon remaining chili over tortillas. Sprinkle with remaining onions and cheese.

7Bake 20 minutes until cheese is melted in a 350° oven.

8Makes 4 to 6 servings.
