  • 3 lbs hamburger meat
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • garlic powder
  • chili powder
  • olive oil
  • 2 large yellow onions, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 cups chopped celery
  • 5 (15 ounce) cans kidney beans
  • 2 (15 ounce) cans tomato sauce
  • 2 quarts of v-8 tomato juice
  • 1 (10 ounce) can Rotel Tomatoes (optional)

Directions

    Brown hamburger, drain and set aside.

    In pot you will be using for chili cook onions, peppers, celery with a little olive oil until almost tender.

    Add to pot beans, tomato sauces, tomato juices, add your spices until you have it to your taste.

    simmer for at least 45 minutes still adding spices to make it yours.
