  • 3 lbs cooked pot roast, shredded
  • 2 T oil
  • 2 lg onions, chopped
  • 5 medium peppers, variety of yellow, green, red, banana wax and dk green chili pepper
  • 3 T chili powder
  • 1 t. minced, seeded, canned chipotle chiles in adobo sauce.
  • 10-12 medium homegrown tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 can pinto beans
  • 1 bottle good beer.
