- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3/4 c. onions, chopped
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 1/2 c. (1 lb. 3 oz. can) tomatoes
- 4 c. (two 1 lb. cans) chili with meat
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
- 3 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
Directions

1In a large skillet, melt butter and brown garlic, onions and ground beef.

2Drain off excess fat.

3Add tomatoes and chili. Simmer about 45 minutes.

4Meanwhile, cook spaghetti and drain. Remove skillet from heat and stir in Cheddar cheese until melted. Fold in sour cream.

5Combine chili mixture and spaghetti, mixing well.

6Turn into 2-quart casserole or 9 x 13-inch pan.

7Top with Parmesan cheese and bake 45 minutes at 350°.
