  • 4 chicken breasts (skinless and boneless)
  • 1/2 c. margarine, melted
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 (2.5 oz.) can fried onion rings, crushed

Directions

    Flatten each breast; season to taste. Combine margarine and Worcestershire sauce. Dredge chicken in margarine mixture, then crushed onion rings. Arrange in baking pan. Top with any remaining margarine mixture. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until tender.
