- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 1/4 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- dash of salt
- sprinkle of nutmeg
- 1 (9-inch) pie shell
Directions

1Beat eggs.

2Mix flour, sugar and salt together.

3Add to eggs and mix well.

4Gradually add milk and stir.

5Add melted butter. Pour into unbaked pie shell.

6Sprinkle nutmeg over and bake at 425° for 15 minutes.

7Reduce heat to 375° and bake for 10 to 12 more minutes.

8(Do not overbake.)
