- 3/4 c. mango
- 3/4 c. onion
- 5 Tbsp. chili powder
- salt to taste
- 4 c. canned tomatoes
- 1 can Armour chili with beans
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 box large size macaroni, cooked
Directions

1Saute onion until clear.

2Add mango and turn down low.

3Fry ground beef.

4Drain.

5Add salt and chili powder.

6Then add onions and mango mixture.

7Mix. Toss cooked macaroni, tomatoes and chili into this.

8Mix well.

9Pour into a casserole, laying and lapping the cheese on top.

10Bake, covered, for 25 minutes in a 300° oven. Substitute:

111 can tomato puree and 1 can of whole tomatoes for the 4 cups of tomatoes.
