Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 large can Mexican style chili beans (I use 2 medium size cans)
  • 1 large can stewed tomatoes
  • 2 Tbsp. chili pepper (I use only 1 Tbsp. or less)
  • chili sauce to taste (1/3 to 1/2 bottle)
  • salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
  • 1/2 pkg. shell macaroni

Directions

    Brown meat and onion in skillet.

    Drain off grease.

    Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and chili pepper.

    Add tomato soup, beans and tomatoes.

    Simmer.

    Cook macaroni and add to meat mixture.

    Simmer a while longer to heat through.
  8. 8
    This makes quite a large amount.
