- 1/2 cup rice
- 1 1/2 cup chicken/ vegetable broth
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1 salt
- 2 large ice Cube
- 2 tbsp butter
Directions

1In a pot add butter and rice.

2Heat and melt butter stirring constantly.

3After rice is coated, Add 1 cup of broth, then cinnamon, turmeric, and salt.

4Bring to a boil.

5Simmer till liquid is almost gone.

6Cover remove from heat.

7Don't disturb for 10 minutes.

8Add ice cubes and half a cup of broth.

9Stir till cool enough for a child to eat.

10Should be nice and creamy.
