Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rice
  • 1 1/2 cup chicken/ vegetable broth
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1 salt
  • 2 large ice Cube
  • 2 tbsp butter

Directions

    In a pot add butter and rice.

    Heat and melt butter stirring constantly.

    After rice is coated, Add 1 cup of broth, then cinnamon, turmeric, and salt.

    Bring to a boil.

    Simmer till liquid is almost gone.

    Cover remove from heat.

    Don't disturb for 10 minutes.

    Add ice cubes and half a cup of broth.

    Stir till cool enough for a child to eat.

    Should be nice and creamy.
