- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 (10 oz.) can beef broth (undiluted)
- 2 (10 oz.) cans cream of tomato soup (undiluted)
- 2 (16 oz.) cans kidney beans (undrained)
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 1/2 c. uncooked elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
- shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Brown ground beef and onion together.

2Drain well.

3In a large saucepan, mix beef and other ingredients, except macaroni and cheese.

4Simmer 30 minutes.

5Add macaroni.

6Serve in bowls.

7Pass shredded Cheddar cheese as a topping.
