  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 (10 oz.) can beef broth (undiluted)
  • 2 (10 oz.) cans cream of tomato soup (undiluted)
  • 2 (16 oz.) cans kidney beans (undrained)
  • 2 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 1/2 c. uncooked elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
  • shredded Cheddar cheese

    Brown ground beef and onion together.

    Drain well.

    In a large saucepan, mix beef and other ingredients, except macaroni and cheese.

    Simmer 30 minutes.

    Add macaroni.
