- 1 lb. ground meat
- 1 chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1 pkg. elbow macaroni
- water (enough to cover)
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 2 cloves chopped garlic
- 2 small tomato paste
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Saute onion, garlic and celery.

2Add ground meat and lightly brown.

3Add chili powder and 2 (6 ounce) cans tomato paste with water.

4Boil, then add raw macaroni.

5Cook until macaroni is done. Add more water if necessary.

6Makes 8 servings.
